Meditation Monday is a new column created to provide readers with weekly guidance on connecting to their multi-dimensional self through meditation. In her online writing classes, Amanda uses meditation and writing as one of the primarily outlets for her students to connect to their guides (and other dimensions).
Meditation Monday acts as a weekly “mini” class on meditation, using both written and audio/guided meditation.
