Chocolate Coconut Mousse
So delicious and so easy to make! If you are craving for a quick sweet treat this will save you!
All you need is
- 2 Avocado’s:
- 2 -3 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/2 cup of Coconut Milk, and
- 4 drops of Stevia, more if you like it sweeter… or another natural sweetener, honey, coconut palm sugar, medjool dates. Add all ingredients to blender and Blend until smooth.
I added a little cinnamon as I love cinnamon and it’s great for balancing sugar levels.
