FAQ

When does the class start?

The Consciousness Cleanse has a rolling enrollment policy.  You can sign up at any time.  Within 48 business hours of purchase, you will receive your course materials and access to the classroom.

Do I need to purchase the course materials separately?

No, all of the digital course materials are included in the cost of the course.  However, if you’d like to advance your working knowledge of the concepts, visit the store tab of the Positive PollyAnna website to see the recommended materials for self-education and conscious living.

What kind of support will I receive?

The entire course is digital.  We offer support in the classroom forum and via email.  We do not offer telephone or in person support at this time.  The consciousness coaches will respond to course related questions within 48 business hours.  Questions asked beyond the scope of the course may be answered, but at the sole discretion of the consciousness coaches.

Are there scholarships available?

Yes, there are two full scholarships available annually, as well as four partial scholarships annually.  The partial scholarships are available at a 40% cost reduction ($27).  Scholarships are chosen based on application essays, intuition, and potential/readiness for growth.  You can apply for a scholarship yourself, or someone may nominate you for the scholarship.  More scholarships may become available through donations.

Who is the ideal candidate for The Consciousness Cleanse?

The ideal candidate is someone who is ready for significant change in his or her life and is ready to do the work.  This is an intense course and it requires you to really do the work.  If you want to see change, you need to put it the effort.  The Consciousness Cleanse is the road map, the consciousness coaches are the guides, but you are the explorer.

What is acceptable in the classroom?

The Consciousness Classroom is a positive, supportive environment where students can connect with one another and the consciousness coaches.  However, access to classroom is considered a privilege.  Students are required to be respectful, supportive, and understanding towards one another.  Profanity, vulgarity, threats, or inappropriate conduct, language, or posts will be deleted, and access to the classroom will be dissolved without a refund and without notice.  This is a safe environment and maintaining student and consciousness coach safety is of the utmost importance.

What if the exercises don’t work for me?

We understand that not everyone learns the same way, and we are currently constructing an updated version of the course with alternate and additional exercises for each lesson and module.  When you purchase this version, you will be sent the updated version (2013) for free as a complimentary gift to you for investing in yourself and your personal growth.

What if I live in another country or time zone?

No worries!  The Consciousness Cleanse is an at home, online program that you complete at your convenience and when it works with your schedule.  This is a system you can repeat over and over again while still making progress in your growth and expansion. Regardless of where you are in the world, you can still take the course and interact with your fellow students, as well as the consciousness coaches.

jake small smileRecently, I stumbled upon the YouTube Channel of Jake Ducey, and I was quickly captivated by his upbeat attitude and infectious smile. After watching some of his videos, I learned that he had just experienced a major transformation in his life, and had written a book about it called “Into The Wind – My Six-Month Journey Wandering the World for Life’s Purpose.” I instantly knew I wanted to read all about his adventure and ordered myself a copy.

In his late twenties, Jake was struggling with internal unhappiness and a drug addiction.  He realized after a period of time that his behavior was not bringing him fulfillment in the way he truly desired.  He knew he needed to make a change.  After deciding to take a break from college, Jake made the decision to use some money he had saved and travel.

Visiting places such as Guatemala, Australia, Indonesia and Thailand, Into the Wind shares Jake’s moments of clarity, joy, fear, uncertainty, and a brush with death itself during his travels. Having two companions in the beginning of his journey and then going the rest of the way alone, Jake finds kindness in total strangers and discovers the universe always leads him in the right direction. His multiple country expedition led him to discover his inner strength and the importance of living our destiny.

Jake believes everyone is powerful enough to create a life filled with realized dreams by making use of our talents to serve humanity.  He learned this first hand through experience while traveling and decided spreading this message as far as possible is part of his purpose.

One of the ways Jake intends to share his message is through this book.  Jake displays the writing ability of a classic novelist, with the insight of an ancient Tibetan monk.  Fun to read and full of tidbits of wisdom, Into the Wind is an inspiring story that taught me about the importance of using our natural talents and passions to serve the greater good. What is Intuition?

424683_304747482906846_1884992790_nIntuition is a term given to a very natural, though commonly ignored and suppressed method of accessing sensory information. Intuition is no less natural than the five senses commonly accepted by modern-day humans, although sight, smell, taste, touch, and hearing are more openly spoken of and utilized to gather information about the world around us. For the past several hundred years, intuition has been sitting decidedly below the radar of the majority of humanity’s conscious awareness.

Intuition is not a sense that is unique to humankind. In actuality, most of Earth’s other beings can access intuitive information much more easily than most humans alive today can. If you have ever owned pets, especially pets of varying species, such as cats and dogs, then you have probably seen them interact with one another intuitively, or telepathically. If you think about your own interactions with a pet or a newborn baby, it is likely that you will be able to remember communicating in a way that had nothing to do with sound, sight, or touch – this was your intuition. The plant kingdom also uses intuition to communicate. Some inter-plant communication can be explained by events such as the chemicals that plants release during various stages of their life cycles, but much of the ways in which singular organisms making up eco systems communicate information with one another (as well as in groups) defies what we commonly see as “logical” knowledge.

Because humans have a more developed neocortex than most other beings alive on our planet, and because we utilize verbal language to communicate much of the time, intuition is likely to feel different for us than it does in the natural world…at least to our perception. However, intuition can be seen as very similar, if not identical, to what we call “instinct” in animals and plants. Butterflies spend multiple generations’ lifetimes in one yearly migration, and birds naturally know when to fly to more comfortable climates at various points throughout the year. Other animals know instinctively when to hunt, mate, and hibernate. Why wouldn’t we, as humans, be able to access this inherent knowledge? We are of this planet too. And yet, we are also fundamentally different from much of the animal kingdom on our world. The way that we can bridge these similarities, as well as these differences, is in identifying and understanding our intuitive capabilities.

Besides communicating with pets or babies, you have probably felt intuition bring you information in other ways over the course of your life. You have likely felt an excited feeling before receiving good news, or a foreboding feeling before receiving bad news. You might have thought of a friend that you haven’t communicated with in quite some time, only to have that friend contact you suddenly within the next few days. You may also have experienced dreams that predicted future events, or in which you are interacting with spirit guides, angels, deceased relatives, or living loved ones that are giving you information that you have no “logical” way of knowing that is later proven correct. All of these experiences are made possible through perfectly natural intuition.

Like many aspects of human experience, intuition is readily accepted by children. Most children are highly intuitive, although they may not speak 295679_431670446927349_803521032_nof their intuitive awareness because they do not hear others speak of it. It is also likely that conversations about intuition may not happen with or between children because it feels so natural to them that they have no need to discuss it.  When is the last time you heard a child speak about the nature of sight or the sense of touch? It probably hasn’t happened often, if at all. This is because children take their intuitive awareness for granted as another natural sense – that is, until they learn that this is something that is not accepted as a topic of conversation.
I have a foggy memory of being a little girl about four years old, and realizing quite consciously that I had to choose between interacting with the non-physical beings that I could easily perceive and being socially ostracized. I realized through comments made by my playmates that greeting and otherwise speaking with multidimensional friends made me seem weird or crazy, and so I chose to stop seeing my guides. I could not see them and ignore them, so I forced my mind to deny their very existence – and this is a sense that I’ve worked for years to get back.

The choice to not see multidimensional beings is not only one that comes from difficult social choices, however. A very gifted intuitive healer and friend of mine named Kimberly Cochrane had a beautiful baby girl not long ago. When Seraphina was a few months old, Kimberly noticed that she was often laughing, smiling, and happily playing with beings that Kimberly couldn’t see. Kimberly also noticed that often when an adult would lean over Seraphina, speaking to her, she would not look into the eyes of the person there, but she would look and seemingly communicate with someone invisible just above and/or behind whomever was speaking to her. Kim assumed that these were angels, or spirit guides, speaking to and playing with Seraphina in the same way that embodied humans do.

When Seraphina was about six months old, Kimberly noticed that the baby no longer interacted with beings that Kimberly could not see. We had a conversation about this shift, and we realized that although the adults around Seraphina in no way doubted the validity of her experience, she had still noticed and learned that these beings were ignored by everyone around her. So Seraphina began to ignore the beings as well, most of the time.

Seeing otherworldly beings can be likened to looking through a window at the world outside. When you focus on objects through the glass, the window pane seems perfectly transparent. However, once you notice the reflection of your own face or other objects on your side of the window shining back against the glass, the focus of your eyes shifts and you can easily see the reflection. Multidimensional beings, such as angels, guides, and ghosts (which are ordinarily either friendly or completely benign, minding their own business) are similar to the reflection on your side of that window – you must adjust your focus to see them, but once you do, they are relatively easy to perceive.

Although angels and ghosts take up much of the topic of otherworldly awareness in stories and media, intuition is more than just communicating with multidimensional beings. Intuition can be utilized in gleaning valuable information about the world around us, much like hearing a traffic report, checking the weather forecast for the day, or receiving an itinerary for a trip. Intuition gives us another perspective on the events of our lives, gifting us with a greater sense of efficacy, fluidity, and conscious involvement with our experiences. Ancient cultures often not only believed in intuition, but utilized it fully, having men and women in the community who specialized in gleaning and interpreting intuitive information. These people where often called shaman or medicine men or women.

Developing intuition is not a difficult process, although it takes a good deal of mental and emotional focus in the beginning. Because intuition is a natural human sense, it does not need to be activated or gained. Instead, the blockages to perception that most of us have adopted over the course of our lives need to be cleared in order for us to fully identify and understand our own personal intuitive language. The first big hurdle to using intuition is in believing that intuition is “real” at all. This paradigm shift can be sped up by doing research on intuitive information that has been accepted by the modern world, such as the power of prayer and miracles recorded by religious institutions that the researcher respects. The second hurdle is in noticing one’s own intuition. Like the window’s reflection, intuition is often ignored or assumed to be imagination or a wandering mind. Keeping a journal of intuitive thoughts, feelings, and dreams especially help toward this effort. The journal should be reviewed every so often (perhaps each week or so) to see what intuitive awareness can be confirmed. After a substantial record has developed of your own intuitive “hits,” it becomes much easier to identify and accept the intuitive information that you are perceiving quite often, just below your conscious awareness.

Accessing and utilizing intuition is often a rewarding and fun exercise. Because intuition is a natural human sense, it can assist us in every area – relationships, businesses, hobbies, talents, and more. We are living in a time where people are noticing their intuition more than they have in hundreds, possibly thousands of years. At one time, people would have been persecuted harshly if they utilized their intuitive potential very much. These days, the application of intuitive abilities can range from career choices to party tricks, but like any sense, why would we choose not to use it?

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT): Tapping Into Empowerment

Every individual is unique and the variations in their lives and life choices are physical manifestations of the distinctive energy, essence, and disposition they possess.  When an individual is searching for mental and emotional healing modalities, there is a need for therapy that is personal, effective, cost efficient, and uplifting so the person can move forward with their life in a positive way; emotional freedom techniques (EFT) surpass those expectations.

What Is EFT?

EFT is rooted in energy psychology, applying Ancient Chinese medicine theology, which focuses on the body’s energy grid.  The energy grid utilizes pathways and nodal points through which your chi, or life force, flows.  This theory states a traumatic event, negative psychological conditioning, or other experiences can cause a disruption in your energy flow through a blockage or imbalance, prohibiting the proper flow of chi; when your chi is imbalanced or blocked, mental and emotional illnesses, disorders, and issues will arise.

Gary Craig, the founder of the EFT technique, discovered by employing these medicinal philosophies, you would be able to tap specific acupressure points, the meridian or nodal points on the body’s energy grid, releasing the blockage and bringing your body’s energy flow back into a state of homeostasis.

However, EFT doesn’t just make use of acupressure point stimulation; this technique incorporates other psychotherapies already being used in conventional cognitive behavioral therapies, such as relaxation and memory recall, causing a long term cognitive restructuring within the brain.

When your brain reconstructs its cognitive processes, you no longer process thoughts or emotions the way you did before, meaning you can nullify the negative feelings or reactions you currently have, or have had for years, resulting in a neutral reaction to the same memory or situation when successfully employing EFT.

What The Research Says

EFT has proven to be a useful technique for a wide variety of disorders or illnesses; in various studies, EFT has successfully treated anxiety disorders, depression, hostility, aggression, posttraumatic stress disorder, addictions, phobias, eating disorders, obsessive compulsive disorders, panic, attention deficit disorder, hypertension, social anxiety, career issues, and somatoform disorders.  EFT also has improved colds, headaches, joint pains, arthritis, chronic fatigue syndrome, rashes, lower cortisol levels, irritable bowel syndrome, and fibromyalgia.  Let’s take a look at some of these studies and experiments a little closer.

In a case study cited by Feinstein (2010), a 52 year old woman with stage IV breast cancer decided against conventional medicine interventions and instead used EFT on numerous personal issues that surfaced after she was diagnosed.  The patient received six clinical EFT tapping sessions, lasting 60 to 90 minutes in length, then continued to use the methods daily until a follow up examination eight months after the diagnosis; the appointment revealed no trace of cancer, but some scar tissue where the cancer had been (Feinstein et al., 2010).

Stapleton, Sheldon, Porter, and Whitty (2011) conducted a randomized clinical trial on the effects EFT exerted over food cravings, the perceived power of food, psychological symptoms, and will power of 96 overweight and obese adults.  When the researchers initially retested the participants, immediately after receiving their EFT treatment, the participants had significant reductions in food cravings, food wielded less power over the participants, and will power was improved.  The improvements in cravings and the power of food were maintained at the six month follow-up.

Another randomized controlled study performed by Church, Brooks, and DeAsis (2012) with 30 first-year psychology students scoring in the moderate to severely depressed ranges on the Beck Depression Inventory.  The participants in the experimental group received four EFT sessions of 90 minutes; the treatment proved to be both clinically and statistically significant, as the average post treatment depression score of the EFT condition group resulted in not depressed.

In a controlled pilot study by Benor, Ledger, Toussaint, and Hett (2009) with Canadian college students with severe to moderate test anxiety, EFT accomplished benefits equal to that of five cognitive behavioral therapy sessions.

Click here for images of brain scans from an experiment by Andrade and Feinstein (2004) using EFT treatments for participants with generalized anxiety disorder (GAD); these scans show the average brain scan procession over a course of four weeks with twelve sessions of EFT.  The first scan is what an ideal brain scan looks like and the second scan is the average scan of the participants with (GAD) before they began EFT sessions; the brain scans progress toward their natural or ideal homeostasis state through EFT, reducing dysfunctional brain wave frequencies.

This study contrasted EFT with cognitive behavioral therapy, combined with medication when necessary, as a control mechanism.  The EFT participants were more likely to maintain their new functional brain wave patterns compared to the cognitive behavioral group.  Moreover, Andrade and Feinstein (2004) noted people treated with antianxiety medications did reduce their anxiety symptoms, but their brain scans maintained brain wave frequency dysfunction, implying the medication acts as a cosmetic layer without actually addressing the real issue(s).

How It Works

The research shows you the beginnings of the wide applications for EFT, but I want to explain to you why and how it works because there are several stratums to consider.  The first level we will consider is the electroconductivity of the human body, then epigenetics, and finally the cognitive restructuring process.

Your body is a beautiful and amazing transmitter and receiver of energy as represented by its electromagnetic field.  The human body produces electromagnetic fields with cells and tissues that can be measured on the skin, while all of our organs produce biomagnetic energy.

Within these energy fields, diseases and disturbances can often be measured before their physical symptoms can be detected.   EFT literally taps into these specific energy fields to redirect their flow in a proper, balanced manner, alleviating electromagnetic and biomagnetic fields of disturbances and blocks.

Epigenetics is a subfield of genetic research, exposing an inherent variability within genetic expression previously thought impossible.  Your DNA does not actually come with a concrete, inflexible blueprint dictating your every thought, action, and countenance; conversely, it is a vast set of probabilities, combining information from your default genetic expression, your thoughts, your beliefs, your behaviors, and your environmental and biochemical influences.

All of these inputs interact on the cellular level, communicating with the entirety of your body about the information received,responding by activating or deactivating the potentials within your unique genetic expression.  This is why over time identical twins, people born with duplicate DNA, begin to look different; each individual has their own experiences, psychology, and environmental exposures offering an alternative expression of active and inactive genetic potentials.

As epigenetics proves genetic and cellular expression is affected by conscious thought and behavioral inputs, EFT offers somatic and cognitive inputs that activate positive, balanced potentials, while deactivating genetic potentials expressing imbalance and harm.

Researchers and practitioners assert the physical activity with the activation of mental processes alters the targeted response because the stimulation of acupressure points transmits signals to the amygdala and related brain structures, reducing hyperarousal to the given stimulus or memory; the brain then reconsolidates the memory, cognition, feeling, or mental picture, while the newly reduced or absent hyperarousal is retained as the new reaction to the initial stimuli (Feinstein, 2008).

Ruden (2010) asserts EFT techniques focusing on stress-producing cues, such as fear or traumatic memories, depotentiate the neural pathways maintaining maladaptive conditioned responses; this means the EFT techniques recode the conditioned responses that produce ill effects with desired behaviors or feelings.  This creates a cognitive restructuring of the brain, so old paradigms no longer regulate your responses.

The Process

There is a basic EFT procedure, consisting of tapping on each of eight energy meridian points while using an affirmation statement that coincides with a memory or a feeling.  The procession of tapping can vary depending on the therapist or practitioner you are working with, as can the affirmation statements.

Some practitioners use the industry standard, “Even though I have (or feel) this fear of rejection, I deeply and profoundly accept myself,” while other practitioners prefer a stream of consciousness dialogue.  With the latter method, you would tap as you say whatever comes to mind that you would like to work with, using a shorter phrase to repeat as you continue to tap on the proceeding points to reinforce the issue you are working on.

Even though the sequence of point tapping may vary, I am going to share with you what has worked for me, which also seems to be the most common.  As you repeat your chosen phrase or issue, you tap on your karate chop point, or the side of your hand, followed by the inside of your eyebrows, then the side of your eyes, the bone under your eyes, under the nose, between your lower lip and chin, then your collarbone point, under the arm, and then the top of the head.  This would conclude one repetition.

You want to be sure not to tap too hard.  You want to stimulate the meridians, but you do not want to cause bruising or pain.  Look at the following chart for a visual representation of the proper tapping points.

Where Can I Learn It?

There are several ways to learn or administer EFT, such as with the help of a therapist or a certified EFT practitioner in both group and individual settings.  If you are able, I suggest learning in a setting where you can have a certified EFT practitioner make sure you are accurately tapping your energy meridians.  Because this method is so quick and easy to learn, you do not have to pour money into endless sessions with an EFT therapist.  This is something you can do on your own, wherever and whenever you would like, empowering you in your health and healing.

There are also instructional DVDs you can use at home such as The Tapping Solutionand Project Tapping: Tapping Into Abundance With Dr. Carol Look.  These are great alternatives for those of you who live in areas where you do not have access to a certified EFT practitioner.

If you decide to learn or try EFT, I suggest staying well hydrated to increase your biological electroconductivity and to do one session right before you go to bed.  When you learn something new, or alter a pattern of thinking, and immediately go to sleep, you have several hours to integrate the new template in your brain without interruptions, resulting in a more effective and solidified change.

You no longer have to live captive to thought processes that do not serve your highest good or take medications that only serve as a temporary band aid while poisoning your system.  You would not have to try to suppress negative emotions or thoughts because as they enter your awareness, you can safely and painlessly extinguish them.

Self-Forgiveness: Proper Atonement

Young woman in a wheat fieldMany of us struggle with the concept of forgiveness.  Forgiveness seems pointless, permissive, and often times can feel like a betrayal of the self.  However, when we struggle to forgive others, it’s usually not because the other party must be punished, nor is it usually because the anger and resentment is such a powerful tool we use to motivate ourselves so we can “show them.”  Quite the contrary; when we struggle to forgive others, it’s most commonly indicative of our underlying inability to forgive ourselves for our transgressions against others and ourselves.

How Do We Start Punishing Ourselves?

When we engage in behavior that goes against our alignment, we are programmed to self-loathe.  Do you remember being a child and being called ”bad” for something you weren’t supposed to do?  Do you remember being expected to do exactly as you were told, and if not, then you were the “problem child?”  Our childhoods are wrought with structures and social norms to make us belittle ourselves in an effort to be humble and to disregard the maintenance of our present self.

This doesn’t make our parents or caretakers bad people.  It just means they weren’t the human conceptualization of perfect, and that is okay.  What we need to realize is some of our belief systems or behavior processes simply aren’t useful for having the best life, nor creating the best world.

What Happens When We Don’t Forgive Ourselves?

This is perhaps the most important question to ask because if you are like I was, you might be thinking, “Well, it only hurts me if I don’t forgive myself.   Besides, it really doesn’t hurt if I just don’t think about
it.”  I used to fully believe that punishing myself for the things I wasn’t proud of was the best way to keep myself on track and to never again do those things.  Let’s take a look at what is really going on though when we go through this punishment type of atonement.

If you want to live a happy, fulfilled life but you are engaging in behaviors and feelings of unforgiveness, you begin offering a contradictory vibration to the universe.  Your conscious vibration might be a layer of happiness, contentment, and even excitement depending on your situation.  However, there is an underlying, subconscious vibration of underserving, self-loathing, self-doubt, and self-depreciation.

These feelings create a lower frequency cumulative wave that goes out to the universe as your manifestation order from the Universal creative menu.  What ends up coming to your life table either turns out to not be what you ordered or comes back with a bug in it.  This not only affects your life, but also affects the world on both an energetic and physical level.

Everything in this world is made of energetic and matter components (more on this in my next article).  Because we are biological energetic transmitters and channels, our energetic outputs affect our environments and the entire universe.  Once we manifest those energetic outputs into our physical space, we’ve created an energetic contract for that experience.  It doesn’t mean you can’t change your mind, but what you’ve done is created the physical, sensorial experience you didn’t want.

Keep in mind, this can manifest in a number of ways, including: manifesting the situation you were fearful of, manifesting the right opportunity at the wrong time, manifesting almost the experience you wanted but it’s just not quite there, or even manifesting the experience you wanted and then engaging in self-sabotaging behavior.  There are other scenarios, of course, but these are the big ones.

As you can see, in order to live in alignment, joy, and fulfillment, it’s important to go through the process of self-forgiveness.

How Do We Start Forgiving Ourselves?

nature loveYou may be wondering, “What is the self-forgiveness process?  How can I overcome the years of programming, guilt, self-sabotage, suboptimal manifesting, and unhealthy emotional processing?”  Luckily, I’m going to tell you.

Forgiving yourself is an expression of self-love and self-acceptance.  That does not mean you accept or condone your behavior.  Instead, you are choosing to acknowledge and take responsibility for your “out of alignment” decisions.

In order to forgive yourself, you need to do the inner work which led you to the original decision to begin with; it is important to note that the “why” of things is not always important, but if you can notice your own patterns and triggers, then you can develop new healthy habits and ways of dealing with these instigative situations.

The next step is to realize the person you are in this moment, is not the person you were in the previous moment.   While your actions had consequences, you do not have to atone for those actions through self-loathing tactics of any kind.  Atonement is more effective when done through the acknowledgement of your out of alignment choice, integrating all of the lessons learned from that experience, and choosing to expand from that experience into a newer, more aligned version of yourself.

When you choose the path of self-forgiveness, you choose the path of expansion, self-worth, and empathy for the human experience.  We did not come here to be perfect, we came here to learn and come back into self-love after seeing ourselves through the veil of separateness and imperfection.

I will leave you with a quote of my belief about life and I hope it will inspire you to fully love and forgive yourself in every moment of every day.  ” I believe life is all about learning to unabashedly, unconditionally love yourself because when you love the creation and the infinite spark of Source, you are glorifying all of divinity.”

I was surfing the Internet early this week and stumbled upon an amazing cause; One guidanceBillion Rising is dedicated to ending the abuses of women across the planet, asking men and women from all corners of the world to unite in order to live in a peaceful world, denoted by love and respect for one another.  I would like to extend this support and intention to all individuals whom have ever had these experiences.

What makes this cause so special is it is a worldwide declaration of self-love, love for others, and empowerment through dance.

This is a beautiful, touching, and inspiring sentiment, but can dance really make a difference?  How can the act of dancing change hundreds of years of persecution, battery, domination, and abuse?  Well, I’m going to tell you.

The Bio-Field Beginning

vetruvian-mans-energyOur bodies are an interactive matrix of energy channels, transmitting electrical signals within and outside of our bodies, thus creating a biomagnetic field.  All electrical fields yield a consequential magnetic field.  They are entwined with and affect the larger electromagnetic, gravitational, and nuclear fields, which are indivisibly linked, per the quantum field theory.  The electrical and biomagnetic properties and processes of your physiology are intrinsically connected and cannot be severed.  Any changes in movement, thought, or emotional states trigger changes in your bio-fields.

We see these bio-field changes in procedures such as polygraph tests.

As we alter our bio-electromagnetic fields, we fluctuate the harmonics in our frequency distribution.  As biological energy conductors, we exist within specific frequency ranges that are dependent upon our thoughts, emotions, and actions for resonance direction and sustainment.  Feelings of joy, love, enlightenment, and empowerment are higher on the frequency scale than feelings of anger, greed, victimization, and depression.

Artistic expression, such as dance, has long been said to be the channeling of the emotion or inner life of the artist, the artist’s genius/muse, or the collective.  When combining emotion and action, there’s a powerful energetic combustion that ripples through the collective.

Now, let’s apply this to One Billion Rising.

Millions of people are melting emotion, action, and powerful intentions for peaceful living into a potent expressive moment of climactic, worldwide transfiguration!  But we’re not finished yet.

Coherence is Key

As we all know, dance is an amazing source of exercise; but did you know exercise Molecular Thoughtscan create greater coherence in your body’s bio-electromagnetic field?

I was researching the effects of exercise on a human’s electromagnetic field, and in a great moment of synchronistic bliss, I stumbled upon an invaluable resource on epilepsy.  Epileptic seizures are created when a burst of electrical activity in the brain disrupts the regular electrical patterning.  Current research shows the electrical abnormalities resulting in seizures are reduced during exercise, and can even result in an overall reduction in seizures.

These results indicate exercise regulates coherent electrical patterns within the brain.  When you create coherent electrical fields in the brain, it creates a cohesive result in the body’s overall electrical field, quantumly spilling over and creating a coherent electromagnetic field.

The coherence created in the electromagnetic field is part of the process in creating harmonic brain states.  Harmonic brain states are often achieved during meditation, but can be maintained over time during physically active states.  When cerebral waves enter this condition of coherence, the potentiality for quantum systems to work with ease is significantly increased.  This includes the quantum entanglement between cells, people, individual electromagnetic fields, and the planet’s collective electromagnetic field.

Dancing For Change

423901_304005466314381_1693538022_nMany Native Americans and other indigenous cultures have used dance for multiple reasons, from telling the stories of their histories to the infamous rain dances.  Now we’ve found a new reason to dance.  Today, we dance to create our future, to bend the laws of the universe as a collective manifestation architect, through emotionally infused positive intentions, melting with coherent bio-electromagentic fields and harmonic brain waves, strengthening the quantum processes, which simultaneously connect us to one another and our planet.

Through a single declaration of self-love, self-respect, and co-creative demand for the healthy, balanced treatment of all people, we send out a powerful worldwide wave of karmic transmutation, bringing us one step closer to peace.

Quantum Empowerment

world webQuantum entanglement.  It’s a seemingly simple concept, but quantum entanglement conducts an infinite connective web across the universe, irrespective of time and space.  This quantum physics principle has not only been proven micro- and macroscopically, but has vast implications for humans!  The most important thing for you to know is quantum entanglement is already at work in every facet of your life.  We’re going to look at how this one principle affects everything you do, and how it connects you to your place of empowerment.

Universal Connections

As a quick recap from Quantum Empowerment 101, quantum entanglement is the universal force connecting you to anyone and anything you have ever been in contact with, regardless of space or time.  It is a process working in conjunction with nonlocality.

At first glance, we may consider this a somewhat limiting process.  If it required you background_128-ato be in contact with someone or something in order for a connection to form through quantum processing, then that probably connects you to thousands of people, right?  Not so much!  Let’s look at the beauteousness that is you.

As human biological systems, we are made of elements, atoms, compounds, and particles.  Primarily, we are made of hydrogen, carbon, oxygen, and nitrogen; even if we just consider these elements, each component has been part of the universe since the beginning of existence.  Whether these particles have existed as is, or have decayed from former identities into their newer versions, they have been a part of the universe for billions of years…if not more.

Can you imagine the immense amount of contact each of these particles making up your unique composition has had with other particles and compounds, let alone full-blown matter?  Let’s just say that’s trillions of connections!  Now let’s get really funky with it!

As human beings, we eat food for sustenance.  We require nutritional osmosis through ingestion in order to replenish our system.  This means we are absorbing more particles, compounds, and elements, creating more intricate universal connections: the soil your produce was grown in, the water it absorbed to grow, the sun rays which were absorbed for photosynthesis, and the list goes on.  These connections also apply to animal based products such as cheese, milk, meat, etc.  This is one example of the quote, “You are what you eat.”

DNA-Awakening-2012Now, consider your genetic composition.   You are the unique expression of a genetic blueprint.  The single-origin hypothesis supposes every human being comes from the same center in Africa.  This hypothesis is supported by experiments, which examined the craniofacial features of the major homosapien groups, as well as intricate DNA examinations (Hanihara, 1998; Harpending, Batzer, Gurven, Jorde, Rogers & Sherry, 1998; and Limar, 2011).  There was another study conducted by Harpending et. al (1998)  examining the nonrecombining component of the Y chromosome in mitochondrial DNA; this study indicated the origins of the human race originated from about 10,000 people, albeit non-region specific.  What does this mean?  Large portions of humans are connected through DNA transfers alone.

Combining the DNA connections with all of the other quantum entanglements, which have been collected billions of years before your consciousness entered physical vessel, and you have a tight knit weave of universal associations!

The Sacred Connection

Beyond the purely material connections we’ve made over the course of our existence, we have made divine energetic connections as well.  When our energy has connected with someone else’s, a quantumly entangled relationship occurs.  This is one reason why you may find connections to the same souls over lifetimes and dimensions.  But there’s something even more important to consider.

All of life comes from the infinite spark of Source, Creator, God, Goddess, or the Original Energy, whichever term you are most comfortable with.  Everything in existence is an expansion and fractal existence of the original, infinite Source.  Not only are you quantumly entangled with Source, you are a piece of Source with a direct connection to the expansive consciousness Source possesses. Quantum empowerment matrix

This connection is what allows you to develop your consciousness, to connect with your guides and other multidimensional beings, and to evolve your perspective into the vastness of Source’s omnipresent, omnipotent wisdom if you so choose.  The universe was created in a way that does not just allow, but commands an inseparable bond with one another, your planet, your universe, all of existence, and Source.  You are never alone.  You are never forsaken.  You are never left without the ability to connect with the answers for any dilemma you face or the lessons you need to learn.  You are simply, divinely loved because you are the spark of Source incarnate.

Entangled Empowerment

Earth connectedOnce you learn how to really own and use the quantum processes at work in your life, you step into a place I like to call Quantum Empowerment!  The zenith of Entangled Empowerment, a subset of Quantum Empowerment, results when you are able to perceive yourself, others, and world events from the perspective of Source.  Often, we call this place alignment.

When you are in alignment, you act from your most authentic essence.  Your ego is not striving for attention because it has become an accepted and integrated component of the beautiful being who is you, not something you argue with or fight against.  When you approach your life from divine, balanced alignment, then you are making decisions from a higher perspective, reducing the amount of resistance you experience.  Life becomes magical, helping you expand and integrate more of your divine essence, instead of being a chess game that’s missing half of the pieces, on a torn board, with the directions from Trouble.

Synchronicity: The Coincidence Buster!

Have you ever had a moment where everything seemed to fall into place magically? Have you ever thought about vetruvian-mans-energysomeone and then a day or two later they call you?  Or have you ever wanted something and then somehow it happened to fall into your lap?  If you have experienced anything like this, which maybe seemingly called coincidence, you have actually been experiencing synchronicity!

Synchronicity is a word that’s pretty common these days, but few people know what it is or how to use it.

In the New Age or lightworker community, synchronicities are used as markers of growth, divination, or instructions from the universe and/or our higher selves.

In other areas of the world, synchronicities are categorized as commonplace coincidences, which happen after a series of random events, just with interesting results…kind of like dominoes.

So What Is Synchronicity? 

Smoke trail in different colors Synchronicity is a byproduct of quantum systems; it is the physical manifestation or symbol for the efficiency of quantum alignment in your reality.

As we learned in Quantum Empowerment 101, quantum entanglement and nonlocality are two of the major founding principles of our reality.  These concepts create a beautiful, seamless pattern to human experience, allowing divine patterns to fill our daily lives, rendering every moment meaningful and purposeful.

Synchronicity was first conceptualized in recent history by psychologist Carl Jung; Jung used synchronicity to explain mental correlations between two different people, referring to two people thinking the same thing at the same time.  Mother’s intuition and twin bonds are common examples of synchronistic, nonlocal, quantumly entangled bonds.  However, synchronicity goes beyond mental correlations and can incorporate physical and energetic ramifications.

When you are experiencing sychronicities with another person, you may feel the same emotion, have the same pain in your body, have the same idea, or a host of other parallels exhibiting a connection with other human beings.  You can also experience synchronicities in other ways.

You may notice you happen to be in the right place at just the right time.  You can turn on a radio and hear the song you were just thinking about in your head.  You can receive numerical messages, such as 11:11, 555, 222, etc.  The possibilities are endless.

How Can I Use Synchronicity?

Synchronicities are meant to be an indicator of your alignment and a primer for your intuition.  Synchronicities ask oyou to pull your attention toward a situation or event, and ask you to delve into your inner knowing to glean a fuller understanding of the energies being presented.  Synchronicities bring you into the present moment and ask you to connect with your guidance.

When you ask a question to the universe, pay attention to what happens around you.  Many times, you’ll catch part of a conversation or a song that contains an answer or clue.

The synchronicities will allow you to be aware of your alignment.  If you are recognizing the synchronicities in your life and properly interpreting them, you are balanced and connected with your higher consciousness.  If you are misinterpreting synchronicities, or failing to notice them in your experience, it is likely your energy needs rebalanced, centered, grounded, and aligned.

Synchronicity is a powerful tool in your quantum empowerment journey, offering great insight into a higher realm perspective of your journey and your energetic contributions to your reality.  When you learn how to recognize, decipher, and meditate on these special communications to strengthen your intuitive connection with the synchronicities, you will notice life becoming increasingly magical and surprising.
