What happens when empaths unite to learn from each other/empower their abilities? Major expansion! I am simply blown away by the amount of information/growth I’ve experienced in the “Empowering Empathic Abilities” online class and challenge.
So as to not leave anyone out, I thought I’d send some of the most recent audios. Feel free to leave your feedback/comments/impressions. It’s amazing what happens when empaths unite and share their experiences. Empowerment is an understatement! I’ve learned so much from everyone in the class and am reminded how connecting with others makes me 100 times stronger! Talk about stretching!
Thank you to everyone who has participated this far! So much more to come!
The truth is, so many things are going on behind the scenes at Chakra Center that I haven’t had time to focus on posting updates for this challenge.
So how is it going?
It’s coming along. I’ve been eating a lot of fruit these days. Especially bananas and grapefruit. But I’ve also been craving salads with black beans. In the past when I’ve done raw food challenges, I’ve been 100% raw (to an almost neurotic degree) the entire specified time. This round I’ve been a bit more relaxed. There is a season for everything, right?
This season of my life has been beautiful, but one filled with action. As things come to settle into their place on Chakra Center (my team of writers/contributors and reviewers is almost fully established) we will re-begin the 30 day challenges with a group effort and more consistency.
In the mean time, for the rest of this month I will do my best to post daily raw food recipes, videos, and inspirational tips.
Today, “The Cool Vegetarian” posted a great video on healthy sources of fat and protein for the raw food diet.
Yes! Our 30 day raw food challenge is still under way. We have a lot of remodeling, new writers, and excited changes coming at Chakra Center, so our raw food posts have not been daily. We’re still going strong, and we’ll have some updates at the end of the week (as well as some more exciting recipes and interviews)!
In the meantime, we wanted to share some more deliciousness!

*Have fun! Ultimately, the purpose of all of this is to increase energy, feel great, and have fun! If you’re not having fun, try switching things up, backing-off, or making a creative, yummy raw meal!
*Don’t be fanatical! Worrying about if everything you put into your mouth is 100% raw only causes stress, which in turn weakens your body, which ultimately, defeats the purpose. Sometimes I eat Larabars in a pinch, or have a salad with black beans on top. It’s okay! Just get as many fresh greens and fruits as possible.
If you do have the ability to be 100% raw on this journey, you will definitely feel the benefits, but you don’t have to be. Do what you can. If you commit to being healthy and eating as much raw fruits and veggies as possible, you’ll feel fantastic – I promise!
*Connect to your heart! Watch a lot of inspirational videos, read motivational books and articles, connect with nature, and be as creative as you can be! This will help raise your vibration, which makes you a match to the high vibe foods you’re consuming. It also inspires you, and gives you the necessary motivation to keep going! Check-out yesterday’s link for some great resources. I’ll be sending a lot more inspiration stuff next week.
Feel free to share how you are doing! Drop me an email. And let me know if you have any questions.
Dan has 13 years of eating raw under his belt. He’s full of simple, easy-to-follow recipes, raw motivation (shares from his own experience), and plenty of inspirational entertainment. Everyone on the raw food journey should check him out!
