Raw in Italy? Yes please!

Among the rustic vineyards, earthy Chanti, and music-filled markets of Florence, I managed to  pull myself away from one of my epic, gelato-filled days “in giro,” and discover a talented young raw food chef, Vito Cortese, of  Nudo&Crudo.

Vito studied with America’s celebrated raw food chef, Matthew Kenney, and is transforming Italy’s already famed dexterity for food…rawawesome style!
